Reason why Wizkid missed Banky's both weddings

It's utterly astonishing to know that Banky's ex-label mate, Wizkid, didn't attend his white wedding in South Africa even after promising he would since he wasn't present at the traditional wedding in Lagos.

Wizkid, while the traditional wedding was ongoing, posted on Snap with a "crying emoji" and the caption:

"Depressed I'm missing #BAAB today! Na me go open church for cape town!"

He also took to Instagram with a photo of Banky and the caption:

"My big brother and boss for life! Love u bro   see u in cape town! God bless ur day! Lord knows how sad I am missing this special day   We go rock church wedding ..Love forever!"

The exotic wedding which had the likes of Mai Atafo, Osas Ajibade, Skales, Ireti Doyle, Noble Igwe, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Linda Ejiofor, Toolz and a lot others in attendance came and still Wizkid was nowhere around.

Instead, he took to Snap and shared a photo of his first son, Boluwatife, with the caption:

"Baba came to chill"

However, this pissed off a few fans online, who trooped to his Instagram to vilify him. Though, some others defended him and said his passport was withheld and that was the reason for his absence in South Africa.

Dexybieberblog also gathered on good authority that one of Adesua’s "besties", suffered the same fate, as she couldn't also attend the wedding in South Africa, because her passport was withheld too.

This seems true as Wizkid also confirmed in an Instagram post that the reason for his absense at the wedding had something to do with his passport.

This was what he wrote:
